1. Are there beaches near the condo?
The condo is located on a rocky point, but there are more than a half dozen beaches within a 5 mile radius & Kahalu'u Snorkel Beach is about 1 mile.

2. Distance from condo to airport and town?
The condo is situated less than 1 mile south of town and approx. 11 mi. south of the airport.

3. How many people will the condo sleep?
The condo sleeps 4 with 2 new queen size beds.

4. Do you have internet hook-up?
WI-FI has been added to the complex. Also a phone jack is available for dial-up access. Request an 800 number from your internet service provider to access your internet account.

5. Do I need a car to get around the area?
There is taxi and bus service on Alii Drive. However, it is more cost effective to rent a car. We have just made a car available to our guests. Ask for more details.

6. Can I pay for my rental by credit card?
We accept payment by credit cards via Paypal for a 3% additional charge. Save 3% and use personal check, money order or bank check.

7. Is there an elevator in the building?
There is no elevator. The condo is on the 2nd floor and there is only 1 flight of stairs from the ground level/parking.

8. Is the condo cleaned before I arrive?
We pride ourselves in keeping things fresh and spotless for our guests. All linens, towels, dishes, floors, etc. have been washed prior to your arrival and carpet is cleaned regularly. Starter supplies of laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies, and basic necessities are provided. The unit is very well equipped with most kitchen basics.

9. Do you have beach towels and surf gear?
We provide basics for guests...beach towels, straw mats, umbrella, coolers, some swim gear. Additional items can be rented at local sport shops or purchased at Costco, Walmart, etc.

10. Will my cell phone work on the island?
We provide free phone service within Hawaii from the condo. For long distance to the mainland, you will need to bring your cell phone or your family will need to call you at the condo.

11. Do you have laundry in the condo?
We have a NEW in-unit large capacity laundry center. It requires only 1/4 cup of detergent for each load. Overloading washer and dryer may cause it to stop. There is a starter pack of detergent and fabric softener for 1 or 2 loads.
